At Alpha Rae Personnel, we know that benefits are important to our employees. Therefore, employees who are in an eligible class can enroll in our insurance program effective the first of the month following the first 90 days of employment.
Your information packet.
If you are eligible for benefits, you will receive a packet of information at your home address shortly after you are hired. If you do not receive this packet within a month of your date of hire, please contact our office immediately at 260-426-8227 or 1-800-837-8940.
Contact the Call Center to enroll.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you contact the Call Center to enroll in coverage during the time period specified in your packet. Specific details about the benefits and how to enroll are included in the packet you received after you were hired. Please be aware that if you do not enroll during the initial period specified in your packet, you may not be able to enroll until the next open enrollment period.
